Standards for
Artwork Submission
- All images should be
proofed, color corrected and adjusted to your satisfaction prior to
submission.
- Please include copies of
your corporate identity manual if available.
- Please designate Pantone
or their CMYK color equivalent for logos, wordmarks, etc.
- All designs must have 1/8"
bleed on all sides. Logos and copy must be 1/4" from the trim edge.
- Images must be submitted
as CMYK for process printing.
- Please include a high
quality printout of the image at actual size in color. This will be used to
compare the color.
- Please include a copy of
all fonts or convert them to outlines. Minimum size is 8 points. This may vary
depending on the font used.
- A resolution of 300dpi at
size is necessary for output.

Charges |
No set-up charges as
long as files are provided according to these technical requirements.
Graphic design or additional art services as required @ $90/hr. (V)
Actual PMS colors will incur additional charges. Please consider a CMYK
equivalent at no charge. |

Our Art Department is
Macintosh based. Please send your files accordingly.
We can accept files importable to the following programs:
3D STUDIO MAX (ALL VERSIONS); AFTER EFFECTS (ALL VERSIONS- STD & PRO);CORELDRAW
5-10; FLASH (ALL VERSIONS); FREEHAND 4-9; ILLUSTRATOR (ALL VERSIONS); PHOTOSHOP
(ALL VERSIONS); MACPAINT; MAYA; MICROSOFT WORD; REMIERE/PREMIERE PRO; QUICKTIME;
WINDOWS MEDIA; QUARK 4-6. Please ensure that any disk reads back error free. |

We can accept and use the
following file formats:
BITMAP (.bmp,.rle,.dib); DIGITAL VIDEO (.dv,.dvi); DVD VIDEO FILES (.vob); EPS
(.eps, .epsf, .ept, .eps2, .ps) GIF (.gif); JPEG (.jpg,.jpeg,.jpe,.jfif); PNG (.png);
MACINTOSH PICT (.pct,.pict); PDF (.pdf,.pdp); TARGA (.tga,.vda,.icb,.vst); TIFF
(.tif,.tiff). If you have an art file that is not on this list or compatible
with the above software applications, please get in touch with our art
department |

Iomega Zip Disk, CD-ROM, Iomega Jaz Disk[1GB], CD-Recordable
Files may be uploaded to our
FTP site.

Terms: 1/3 due with purchase
order. 1/3 due with proof approval. Balance due upon delivery.
Timelines: Please allow 1 week for proofs, 3 to 5 weeks production time. Please

Ordering Information |
Production Times
Typically 25 to 35 working days; time starts when deposit and artwork are
received and approved.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are available on some items - please ask your salesperson.
Overruns/Underruns
Factory reserves right to ship and bill 5% overruns or underruns.
Standard Imprint Colors
All products CMYK/4-color process.
Shipping and Handling
FOB: Our warehouse.
Drop Shipments
Orders shipped to more than one location, $10(U) for each additional
location.
Split Shipments
For an order split into different times for shipments add $10(U) for each
shipment.
Foreign Shipments
Add $25(U) for each shipment.
Claims
Must be made no later than 7 days after receipt of order.
